How Do You Wake Up?

Waking up is something that we do every morning whether we like it or not. Some of us has an inner alarm clock that will wake us up every morning without fail. Some of us rely on the sound of an alarm clock, radio, or TV to wake up so that we don’t miss work or school. And when we leave it to the body’s wisdom, we do eventually wake up naturally.

How we wake up each morning does affect our day and our life. Reflect upon your process of waking up and observe what impact it is has on you and the people around you.
