Play and hang upside down

Whenever you have a chance, remember to play outside and hang upside down for a few seconds.
Benefits of play and hang upside down:

  • You will most likely smile. Smiling helps to de-stress.
  • You will most likely feel like a kid at least for a brief moment. Feel like a kid again can help to de-stress.
  • Hanging upside down can also help with lower back relief.
