Practice in Nature: If the Trees Can Move

This morning when I was at Yoyogi Park, Tokyo Japan, I was captivated by these trees that have reddish trucks. I was mesmerized by their curvy bodies. I decided to offer my practice to them.

As I stand in front of the trees, I asked myself what would they look like if they can move. Of course, they can move…watch closely how we move together.

Note: A practice of co-ordinating breath with movement. A continuous flow of movements including side lunges, warriors, goddess, five pointed star, yoga mudra, squat and some other expressions.
