Salute to the beauty of nature!
 
This is a simple yoga flow I did in Rhonda Spain. I was high up above ground and overlooking the magnificent land and sky. The fresh air was incredible! Can’t get any better than that.
 
Begin in Tadasana, Mountain Pose.
Inhale Sun Breath arms to sky, in Steeple Position.
Exhale Ardha Chandrasana, Lateral Stretch to the right.
Inhale Center.
Exhale Ardha Chandrasana, Lateral Stretch to the left.
Inhale Center.
Exhale back bend.
Inhale Center.
Exhale extend right leg back to lunge.
Inhale Virabhadrasana, Warrior in crescent moon lunge.
Exhale back bend.
Inhale center.
Exhale Twist to Left, keep arms in wide T position.
Inhale elongate torso.
Exhale Reverse Dancing Warrior.
Inhale return to center by passing through twist.
Exhale step right foot forward to Utkatasana, Standing Chair.
Inhale rise to Tadasana.
Exhale extend left leg back to lunge.
Inhale Virabhadrasana, Warrior in crescent moon lunge.
Exhale back bend.
Inhale center.
Exhale Twist to Right, keep arms in wide T position.
Inhale elongate torso.
Exhale Reverse Dancing Warrior (oops, forgot to do this in the video).
Inhale return to center by passing through twist.
Exhale step left foot forward to Utkatasana, Standing Chair.
Inhale rise to Tadasana.
Exhale Ardha Chandrasana, Lateral Stretch to the right.
Inhale Center.
Exhale Ardha Chandrasana, Lateral Stretch to the left.
Inhale Center.
Exhale Backbend.
Inhale Center.
Exhale hands to heart in Anjali mudra.
