A Gentle Yoga Class
Yoga practice offers us a gateway into a journey of intimacy with ourselves.
When we show up on our mat for practice, we are consciously choosing to create space for self nurturing and deep listening. As we move to the sound and rhythm of our breath , we create a bridge between the physical and mental bodies.
