Silent Moments

Once in a while, profound silence and clarity descend upon me.

Everything in the room becomes still and present.

I look around and notice i’m part of all of these that surround me.

I exist and yet don’t.

We share this silence that is unbroken and thick.

At these moments i feel serene.

I’m ready to pass on to another realm.

I am being experienced by air and by objects around me.

The silence of my heart is presence.

The beauty around me is obvious.

There’s nothing to do and nowhere to go.

Just here, right here, right now.

What is there more to experience but this moment.
